I'd take Signet of Devotion instead of Heal Other, since you don't have any energy management.
This is PvE, right?

Word is all the energy management you need in PvE, really.

I have +17 energy between my wand and icon, ascetic's armor, and i plan to get Peace And Harmony soon as a Rankor group goes skill capping. That's 54 energy total.
Besides, Heal Other heals 190, plus favor. Signet of Devotion heals 73, plus favor.

Sabir, you mentioned wanting to use Peace & Harmony... probably don't want to use that. There are numerous threads that talk about monk energy management, and the only skill worse than P&H for energy management is, well, none at all.
Signet of Dev is good to use to top up people that have only lost 10-20% of their health and the combat is not too ferocious. Conserve energy in case something changes, like a patrol comes wandering in...
I have a build similar to this, but I like your inclusion of Divine Intervention...

This is my SF farming healing build. When going anywhere else I change out Essence Bond for Heal Party.
In Grenth's Footprint I have no problem with energy. The 4 pips of regen is all the energy management you need down there.
Divine Intervention isn't all that useful because you should try to keep everyone's health above 50% and very few monsters or bosses can deal 200+ damage at once.
Rebirth with 4 Protection Prayers is the most annoying spell out there!!!!!! I hate when I'm down in Grenth's Footprint and the healer goes and uses Rebirth to revive me mid-battle and my skills end up disabled for 6 or 7 seconds.
I used to use Heal Other but it's too expensive without energy management. Sure it heals for lots but why not just wait until you can get the extra bonus on Word of Healing? You can just use Dwayna's Kiss when you don't need the 180 points of healing.
If you really really want to use that build, switch to Necromancer for your secondary and go and get Offering of Blood. Take one point out of Healing Prayers and Divine Favour and put the points into Blood Magic. Also drop Rebirth and use a better resurrection spell.
